Scarborough Women's Centre has policies to guide us in our work. For your information, we have prepared a summary brochure for policies. If you have any questions, please contact our Executive Director.

Access Policy
The Centre is committed to ensuring that all women, regardless of their diversity, have access to the Centre as participants, volunteers, and staff.

Boundaries Policy
This policy ensures that service providers and service users maintain a professional relationship, for the well-being of everyone involved.

Privacy and Confidentiality Policy
This policy ensures that your private information is kept confidential, and explains how and why any information is shared, with your permission.

Complaints Policy
This policy ensures that there is a clear process for handling complaints, and that any complaints will be taken seriously, and dealt with in a timely manner.
